Watching S-Pop on Ch U now, and I kinda think that the best Asian female singers are those who have a low talking voice.

People like Stefanie Sun, Tanya Chua, Elva Hsiao, A*Mei, Cai Qin, Na Ying, Coco Li etc.

Somehow their voices just have more 磁性 and are more captivating. Not to mention they can hit the super low notes (I can too! Think Jacky Cheung. Don’t play play.) and also the high notes, hence widening the vocal ranges and the songs they can attempt.
